Chris

Chris joined The Richards’ Centre in April 2021, bringing with her many years of reception and customer service experience. Her friendly, approachable manner and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the reception team.

As one of the first people patients meet when they arrive at the clinic, Chris enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels at ease. She takes pride in helping patients with appointments, answering questions and ensuring each visit runs as smoothly as possible. Building genuine connections with patients and getting to know the people who visit the clinic is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with her family and is delighted to have recently become a grandmother again. Much of her free time is making the most of family life, something she values enormously.
