Karen graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2012, from the BSO (British School of Osteopathy) and worked in Brisbane, Australia from February 2013, till she returned to the UK in early 2018, when she joined THE RICHARDS’ CENTRE TEAM. She has extensive paediatric experience, with a prestigious Award from the well-respected Osteopathic Centre for Children in London. Karen also has qualifications in Massage and Dry Needling which she often incorporates into adult osteopathic treatments. She has a lot of experience working with patients with long-term symptoms whether related to posture, over-use, pregnancy, or other causes. Her particular interest is in treating patients with headaches.
During treatment, Karen may utilise soft tissue massage, joint articulation and mobilisation, dry needling and Cranio-sacral therapy techniques.
