Southgate is a neighbourhood within the borough of Crawley, West Sussex, England. It is bordered by following neighbourhoods, Gossops Green and Bewbush

Not only is Crawley the home of The Richards’ Centre, but Southgate was first settled by pre-Roman people which industrial and other artefacts from that era were found during the construction of the neighbourhood.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a primary care profession, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and the effects of these conditions on your general health.

Osteopathic Techniques

Soft Tissue Stretch: Relaxes muscle tension and increases joint mobility, helps improve the circulation of blood and lymph to improve tissue repair, organ function and general health.

Cranial Osteopathy

An advanced, delicate form of treatment, which encourages the release of stress and tension in the body. Cranial Osteopathy is not limited to treatment of the head, as the name suggests, but can be used on any area in the body.

Painless Nail Surgery

Painless Nail surgery is a ‘surgical procedure’ under local anaesthetic. As in dentistry, the toe is numbed first, before a tourniquet (to prevent blood flow) is put around the toe. Phenol is put onto the ingrown toenail to prevent re-growth, which should make it painless.

Homoeopathy

Like should be treated with like – a diseased state is cured by a medicine which can produce similar symptoms in a healthy person: Coffee is known to cause sleeplessness and agitation in some people, so when made into a homeopathic medicine, it could be used to treat people with those symptoms.

Home Visits

All of our Chiropody Home Visits are made by Ralf Jeutter, a very experienced Chiropodist/Podiatrist who loves the variety of his job! With the current COVID-19 situation, he will put on his mask, gloves and apron, before entering the premises. He will remove them once he has left
