Birth is one of the most stressful events of life. An infant is subjected to enormous pressure, with the soft skull being moulded and the head twisted and turned during the force of contractions. The secondary effects of unresolved cranial compressions are wide ranging and can lead to many complications.Â
Relexology
Reflexology is a powerful natural health science that studies the relationship of the reflex areas in the feet, hands and ears to the rest of the body so that these areas can be worked on with the fingers and thumbs in a manner that will lead to improved health and the maintenance of good health.Â

Ifield is a village-like suburb home to Ifield Watermill, built in the early 1800s. Fed by a pond rich in bird and amphibian life, the mill still operates several days a year and has photo and information exhibits. Stained-glass windows and a graveyard with weathered headstones can be seen at St. Margaret’s, a medieval parish church. Ifield Barn Theatre stages amateur productions, including a Christmas pantomime.Â
