Having worked previously as a receptionist for many years prior to joining the team in April 2021, it has enabled me to bring my knowledge and customer service skills to the Richards’ Centre.

During this time, I have enjoyed my role working on reception alongside a lovely team of receptionists and practitioners.

Welcoming patients into the clinic is always a pleasure, spending time to connect with them, helping them with any requirements to ensure their visit is an enjoyable one.
