I joined The Richards’ Centre team in March 2022.

My background had previously been with corporate businesses focused on delivering excellent customer service. These skills help me in my role as part of the clinic reception team. I very much enjoy welcoming the patients for their treatments, providing extra assistance when needed, and making their visit a pleasant and comfortable one.

Working with a great team of receptionists and therapists really does make it a rewarding role.
