Karen

Karen joined The Richards’ Centre in March 2022, bringing with her a background in corporate customer service where building positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer care were central to her role.

As part of the reception team, Karen enjoys welcoming patients to the clinic and helping to create a calm, friendly environment from the moment they arrive. Whether offering assistance, answering questions or simply greeting patients with a warm smile, she believes that the small details can make a real difference to each person’s experience.

Karen values being part of such a supportive team and takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable, cared for and well looked after throughout their visit.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys keeping active through Pilates and long walks. She also loves cooking, reading and travelling, making the most of every opportunity to explore new places and spend time with family and friends.
