Mary-Jayne
Practice Manager
Mary-Jayne joined The Richards’ Centre in 2013 after being introduced to the clinic through volunteering alongside one of our therapists at the Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre at Crawley Hospital.
Before joining The Richards’ Centre, Mary-Jayne built her career with a leading international apparel and footwear company, where, as Assistant to the Licensee Manager, she gained extensive experience in administration, organisation and customer service. These skills have proved invaluable in her role managing the day-to-day running of the clinic.
As Practice Manager, Mary-Jayne oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic, working closely with both the reception team and our practitioners to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
One of the most rewarding parts of Mary-Jayne’s role is getting to know the patients and seeing the positive impact the clinic has on their health and wellbeing. She is incredibly proud to be part of a dedicated team that shares a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care for the local community and beyond.
Outside of work, Mary-Jayne enjoys spending time in her garden, long walks with her dogs, making memories with family and friends, travelling and embracing life’s quieter moments with a good book and other cosy hobbies.
For Mary-Jayne, The Richards’ Centre is more than just a place of work—it’s a community, and she feels privileged to play a part in helping every patient have the best possible experience.

The receptionist was lovely, I got a same day appointment with Olly, he made me feel at ease and explained what my muscles were doing and taught me exercises to do at home, after treatment I felt like a new woman. I have often thought about going to an Osteopath but always felt nervous, wish I had gone years ago, he was absolutely brilliant and I definitely recommend him.Posted on Google Dave DickensonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an appointment with Ollie this afternoon, he was excellent. Explained exactly what the problem with my leg was and gave me advice on preventing the condition getting worse. Ollie worked on the hamstring in my right leg, explaining what he was doing and why. Yes it was painful and he acknowledged that, Ollie pushed me further than I would have pushed myself but the results were worth the discomfort.Posted on Google Stuart RobertsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
